RUMOR is ?Custom One-off? 1982 Frers 45 masthead sloop. Built by innovative California builder, Carl Eichenlaub and reported to be the first carbon/Kevlar/epoxy vacuum bagged race boat of this size. She has runners, checks, big three speed winches, a 7 ? foot diameter steering wheel, carbon pole and brand new sails designed by Tim Woodhouse for us.
